THINKING OUT OF THE BOX.....
CAN YOU BELIEVE THAT IN THE YEAR 2020/2021 THERE WAS A BUBBLE IN DEBT MARKET......
YES THE WHOLE WORLD WAS SELLING EQUITY AND PARKING THERE FUNDS IN BANK DEPOSIT...... CORPORATE BONDS...... MUTUAL FUNDS DEBT SCHEME......
YES THERE WAS A BUBBLE IN BOND MARKET but nobody realised it and was aware of it.....
Now the Bond Market Bubble is Going to Burst or is already bust because now every body os saying 5% interest per annum mae kyaa mileagaa......
So people are removing funds from debt and have started Investing in Stock Market...... and then in Realty Market eventually.......
