Stage 2) Price at Value of Company....?????
Stage 3) Price below the Value of Company....????
Now the question arises how will you have the confidence to Buy the Cummins Stock related to Price and Value..... because right now the stock is Experiencing the phenomenon of Falling Knife and who wants to stand below the falling knife..... only Value Investors will have the power to Judge in Probability terma and will start Purchasing Cummins Stock......
Rest will have to buy only by Guts feeling that it is a good stock to buy @520/-........

Supposedly you let us say one fine morning you go for a walk in some remote place having mountains all around like in Himalayas...... Suddenly if you come across a small hill completely glittering with Gold..... what would be your behaviour.....
Will you tell the whole world about your Gold Hill finding..... Absolutely No.....
You will come every night and start digging the Gold by yourself and every day start taking small small lots of gold and quitely sell in the market without anybody knowing about it.....
So you are the only one having the information about the Gold Hill which is for you to exploit.....this information is only Available to you and only you .....
Now in the second scenario if slowly slowly everybody comes to know about the Gold Hill..... imagine what will happen.....there will be stampede of thousands of people and the Gold Hill will be dug by all in get few hours.... and the Gold from the Gold Hill will be distributed amongst thousands of people who have now come to know about the gold in Gold Hill.....
Now the information of Gold is known to everyone......
So when the Information is not known in the market the probability of making money are huge..... and once the information is out everyone comes to know about it and the chances of making money are negligible.....
So Analyst coming on Business Channels are giving information of buying and selling is like they have found the Gold Hill and they want to Share that information to us so we can also get few kilograms of Gold ......😀😀😀😀
The same goes for Brokers TIPs....
Whatever it might be but one thing is for sure that this Analyst and TIP givers have found their GOLD HILL in the form of IDIOTIC INVESTORS who Continuously part their hard earned money to them.......

Because any how or the other Earnings will catch up eventually and again this IDIOTIC INVESTORS will start chasing the Mid And Small Caps STOCKS in the next few years to Astronomical Heights and one can make a killing by INVESTING in them.....
Also from 2017 both the Caps have been butchered completely and as of today you don't find anyone investing in the Mid And Small Caps so they are languishing.....
But once in coming few years the market starts to outperform it's Earnings and goes in to Euphoric stage this Mid And Small Caps will give fantastic returns because the Emotions of Greed will eventually catch up and this IDIOTIC INVESTORS WILL run to Invest their money to make easy and fast Bucks.....
